Return & Refund Policy

Skill Stream sells digital online courses and educational content. Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately after successful payment, we maintain the following refund terms in line with consumer protection and our payment partner's requirements.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if any of the following apply:

  • You were charged but did not receive access to the purchased course.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
  • You purchased the wrong course by mistake and have not yet accessed or started the course content.
  • A confirmed technical fault on our side prevented you from accessing the course and we are unable to resolve it.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • The course has already been accessed, started, or substantially consumed.
  • Change of mind after course access has been granted and used.
  • Failure to complete the course due to personal time constraints.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date the refund request is approved. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method (card, mobile banking, internet banking, or wallet) used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or mobile financial service provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
