Skill Stream delivers all courses and educational products digitally. Below are the details of how and when you receive access after purchase.
Digital Course Delivery
As our products are online courses and digital content, there is no physical shipment. Once your payment is successfully confirmed, access to your purchased course is delivered instantly to within 24 hours. Course access details are sent to the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeline
- Digital course access: Instant to within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Inside Dhaka (any physical materials, if applicable): Within 5 working days.
- Outside Dhaka (any physical materials, if applicable): Within 10 working days.
